Description de l'activité

This amazing hike inside the natural Sierra Park will be the perfect occasion to admire the extraordinary landscapes of the de Guara canyons.

Looking for a change of scene ?

The via corda is an on foot hike on an aerial, secured route. This path ( restored and equipped with handrails) used to allow the inhabitants of the time to access the orchard close to the San Martin hermitage by the Rio Vero.

From the famous Rio Vero parking, you will first walk along the river and then you will cross the little bridge to get to the path on the other side.

You will pass in front of the old mill of Lecina, in ruins today since it was invaded by vegetation. You will keep on going along the Rio Vero until the great San Martin hermitage. The view is splendid, you will be surrounded by cliffs riddled with caves which give refuge to big raptors. You will finally reach the Gallinero caves and its gorgeous cave paintings.

Next part of the hike is sportier and more aerial (corniches paths), but your supervisor will guide you and secure everything thanks to the handrails.

The end of the hike is close, you will arrive at the top of the plateau from a track which will lead you back to the parking.
